All content, data, and materials provided by CodePunch Solutions are owned by or licensed to CodePunch. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of our website or API output without our written permission, except as expressly permitted below.

Disclaimer

Our data feeds are derived from publicly available, licensed, and web-observable DNS, registry-related, and Certificate Transparency data sources. CodePunch makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. Neither CodePunch nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damages arising from your reliance on the data.

API and Data Feed Services

You may use the data only for trademark, security, and phishing domain monitoring and statistical analysis. You may redistribute or resell the data only if there is substantial value addition, or if you are integrating smaller but relevant parts into your own products or services.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions and Billing

API access is provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from within your PayPal account or via the FastSpring subscriber portal. After cancellation, no further charges will be made and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Annual subscriptions without automatic renewal are available on request. Please contact us to arrange this.

Refunds

Refunds are not available on API and data feed subscriptions. Please subscribe only after confirming the service meets your requirements. We offer evaluation access on request — please contact us before subscribing if you need to test the data first.

API Key Usage

Your API credentials are issued for your use only and must not be shared with third parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately and we will issue new credentials.

Excessive or abusive use of the API that disrupts service for other subscribers may result in rate limiting or suspension of your account without notice.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of our API services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

Modifications
