Resolve DNS records, retrieve nameserver-hosted domain lists, query reverse DNS and IPv4 ASN data, and discover certificate-observed hostnames. The daily Domain Activity added/deleted domain feeds are included.
Searchable DNS data plus daily activity feeds
The DNS API includes the daily Domain Activity added/deleted gTLD feeds and adds broader searchable DNS data. Use it to search supported gTLD domains by trademark, company, brand, product, campaign, or suspicious terms, retrieve domains hosted on a nameserver, resolve DNS records, query reverse DNS and IPv4 ASN data, and inspect certificate-observed hostnames.
This is the product to use when the daily added/deleted feed is not enough and you need to search across the supported gTLD dataset. Domain activity coverage is derived from public DNS and registry-related activity signals across supported gTLDs. ccTLD domain search is available as an experimental beta feature and is not comprehensive.

gTLD Domain Search
Search supported gTLD data for brand, company, product, campaign, or suspicious terms, with verified OR, phrase, start-of-field, and end-of-field query forms.
ccTLD Domain Search (Beta)
Experimental search across ccTLD domains. Non-comprehensive coverage. Useful for supplementary research but not suitable as a primary data source.
DNS Record Resolution
Retrieve A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, and TXT records for hostnames. Suitable for enrichment inside pipelines and automated investigation workflows.
Observed Subdomain Discovery (Beta)
Discover hostnames observed in TLS/SSL certificate CN and SAN data. Results are deduplicated discovery data, not a complete DNS zone listing and not proof that every hostname is currently active.
Nameserver Search and Mapping
Search and list gTLD nameservers, and retrieve domains associated with a given nameserver. Useful for mapping hosting infrastructure and identifying shared hosting relationships.
ASN and IP Data
Retrieve Autonomous System information for an IPv4 address, or for a hostname that resolves to IPv4. Useful for mapping domain infrastructure back to hosting providers and networks.
Domain Activity Included
Daily added and deleted gTLD domain feeds are included, with monitoring for trademark, company, brand, product, campaign, or suspicious terms.
Trademark and Malware Analysis
Monitoring for trademark terms, company names, brand names, product names, and malware-related patterns across searchable gTLD and daily activity data.
